Promotion Period
The Promotion Period starts at 9.00AM (Melbourne time) on 25 May 2020 (Open Date). The Promotion Period closes at the date upon which the draw occurs being 31/7/2020, or later subject to the delivery of the Prize from Tesla (Closing Date). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.

Entrant Eligibility Requirements

1. Subject to condition all purchasers and or their nominees (where applicable), each of whom have completed their purchase (Eligible Entrants) of each unit in the Brasshouse project situated at 771-773 Toorak Rd, Hawthorn East (Eligible Property) will be eligible to enter the draw collectively and have one in 49 chances of winning the Eligible Prize.
2. In order to enter the draw the Eligible Entrants for each Eligible Property must have unconditionally completed their purchase of the Eligible Property by paying the Contract Price under the relevant Contract of Sale in full in accordance with the requirements of the Developer.
3. To be considered an Eligible Entrant, a person must satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements at the time of entry into Promotion and continue to satisfy the above eligibility requirements until receipt of the Eligible Prize (if the person is the winner). If the winner is not an Eligible Entrant at any time before they receive the Eligible Prize, then the Eligible Prize will be forfeited.

Eligible Prize
A Tesla Model 3 automobile which has a purchase price equal to or higher than $80,000 (including GST).

Entry Procedure
Each Eligible Property will be assigned one ticket to enter the draw and the owners of that Eligible Property whose ticket is drawn and declared the winner/s will be presented with a Tesla model 3, with car colour to be selected by the Developer at its sole discretion.

The Developer will not be responsible for resolving any dispute regarding the distribution of the Eligible Prize amongst multiple Eligible Entrants who are owners of the same Eligible Property.

The winner/s of the Eligible Prize shall be responsible for the costs of transfer and registration of the car into their personal names as well as the ongoing operational and maintenance costs of the vehicle.
